NEW DELHI: Nine people lost their lives in a massive fire that broke out in a four-storied building in Delhi. The fire broke out in Vivek Vihar in east Delhi at around 4 am Sunday. The fire broke out on the second floor of the building. The fire force immediately reached the spot and started rescue operations. Around 14 fire brigade units reached the spot. By then, the fire had spread to the third and fourth floors.
