Actor and director Rishab Shetty revealed that he had a close encounter with death during the shooting of the film Kantara. The actor made this statement at a press conference held in Bengaluru.
"It's been three months since I slept properly. I have been working non-stop all this time. The direction team and the camera team worked continuously for 38 to 48 hours. Everyone supported it like their own film. Even the people who brought tea to the sets saw it as their film. I have come face-to-face with death four or five times during the filming of Kantara. But God's blessings saved me and brought me here today. Thank you to everyone who helped me make this film," said Rishab Shetty.
The trailer of the film, released on Monday, is still occupying the top trending position on YouTube.
"#KantaraChapter1: We haven't slept properly for 3 months because of continuous work🫡👏. Everyone supported it as like their own film♥️. In fact, if I count, I was about to die 4 or 5 times during shoot, the divinity we trust saved me🛐♥️"
