Rumours end! Mrunal Thakur breaks silence over dating rumours with Shreyas Iyer

Actress Mrunal Thakur dropped silence on new rumours about her dating cricketer Shreyas Iyer. The actress implicitly responded to the incident in a video shared on Instagram.

'They talk. We laugh. Rumours are free PR. I like free things' - the actress clarified in the video. Mrunal’s mother was also in the video, seen laughing.

Recently, there were rumours of Mrunal and Shreyas Iyer dating. Gossip mentioned spotting the two together in Mumbai. Mrunal was the first to deny the news. Shreyas Iyer is yet to make a response on the issue.

Until last month, Mrunal was rumoured to be dating Tamil actor Dhanush after their coy exchanges on social media attracted the attention of netizens. The rumours started when Dhanush arrived at the premiere of Ajay Devgn's film Son of Sardaar 2. The pictures of Dhanush and Mrunal hugging each other sparked the rumours.

Also, last July, pictures of the two attending a party together organised by Kanika Dhillon, the producer and writer of Dhanush's film Tere Ishq Mein, were released. Soon after, Mrunal started following Dhanush’s sisters on social media, fueling the rumours.
