'Walked out of film set'; Listin's tirade aimed at actor Nivin Pauly?

The controversial statement made earlier by producer Listin Stephen is rumoured to be against actor Nivin Pauly. As per comments on social media, Nivin Pauly walked out of the sets of Listin Stephen's film 'Baby Girl' and joined Akhil Sathyan's film. The veracity of the news remains in question.

Listin Stephen and 'Baby Girl' director Arun Varma unfollowed Nivin Pauly on Instagram. This led to social media rumours that Listin’s tirade was directed at Nivin Pauly.

More unverified reports suggest that the actor, now battling financial woes, requested a small hiatus from Listin to join another set.

Kunchacko Boban was initially set to play the lead in Baby Girl. However, when Kunchacko Boban backed out, the role went to Nivin Pauly. ‘Baby Girl’ is the Listin's fourth film with Nivin.

“It's been ten to fifteen years since I came to Malayalam cinema. And today, a prominent actor has committed a big wrong. It will likely spread like wildfire in the coming days. It could have been avoided. I hope that the actor is watching this and will rectify his wrong. If not, things will get worse,” said Listin.
