Kunchacko Boban, who was the chocolate boy of Malayalam films later turned a superstar through his strong powerful characters. The heartthrob of youngsters, he is widely adored for his romantic characters. He later transformed from a chocolate boy to a matured actor with his influential roles. Now, the actor has revealed about his transformation into characters.

‘I am still ready to work hard for a film. I try to change my appearance and style according to the characters. I can get along with the actors. Sometimes I try to make baldness an identity and style, but another actor has thwarted it. The reason why I do not have a stereotype identity in the film is because I am like water. I can be used with tea, juice and alcohol.

I have never seen anyone imitating me. One reason for that is not a single part of me comes into the characters I play. I’ve heard someone saying ‘Hey Jayasurya' after seeing me,’ said Kunchacko Boban. The actor was speaking in an interview related to his latest film Officer on Duty.

Officer on Duty is a film directed by debutant Jeethu Ashraf starring Kunchacko Boban, Priyamani and Jagadish in lead roles. The film is written by Shahi Kabir, who wrote the screenplay for Joseph and Nayattu. The film is produced by Martin Prakkat, Sibi Chavara and Ranjith Nair under the banner of Martin Prakkat Films and Green Room Productions.
