Gruesome murder: Body of woman stuffed in suitcase and dumped on road

CHENNAI: In a shocking incident, the body of a woman was found in a suitcase dumped in Chennai on Thursday morning. The incident took place in Thoraipakkam in Chennai. Locals discovered the mutilated body, cut into pieces, on Thursday morning. Police confirmed the victim as Deepika, a resident of Manali. One person has been arrested in connection with the crime.

According to the police, the woman was murdered elsewhere and the body was later dumped on the road in Thoraipakkam. The body has been sent for post-mortem. Police said that they are collecting CCTV footage from nearby areas. A special team is conducting an investigation into the incident.
