NEW DELHI: India has expelled another diplomat from the Pakistani High Commission. Action was taken against the official for not following diplomatic etiquette. The central government has asked him to leave the country within 24 hours. India has warned officials not to misuse diplomatic privileges. The charge d'affaires of the High Commission was summoned and instructed not to misuse diplomatic privileges. It has been directed that no Pakistani diplomat in India should misuse their position.
India had expelled another official from the Pakistan High Commission in Delhi on May 13. Following this, Pakistan had also expelled an official from the Indian High Commission in Islamabad.
