About 9,000 guests including heads of state, religious leaders, rat miners who carried out rescue operations in Uttarakhand, railway employees building the Vande Bharat train, beneficiaries of central schemes and 'Viksit Bharat' ambassadors will attend the event.
As part of the ceremony, three tiers of security has been arranged in Delhi.
The TDP and JDU have been promised a cabinet minister, two ministers of state and more aid packages for both the states. LJP, Shiv Sena, NCP, JDS and Apna Dal may get a cabinet minister or minister of state with independent charge. Jana Sena might be alloted a Minister of State. Maharashtra, which is going to hold assembly elections this year, may also get better consideration.
