Pahalgam terror attack; Air India Express offers free rescheduling and refund; know how to avail

KOCHI: Air India Express has announced free rescheduling and full refund for cancelled tickets. This follows the terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. The opportunity is available to those who have booked tickets to and from Srinagar till April 30.

Air India Express currently operates 80 direct flights per week from Srinagar to Bengaluru, Delhi, Hyderabad, Jammu and Kolkata. It also has one-stop services from Srinagar to 26 destinations including Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Agartala, Ayodhya, Chennai, Goa, Mumbai, Patna and Varanasi. Air India Express said it is extending its full support to its guests in the unfortunate situation in Pahalgam.
