
MUMBAI: Two terrorists have been arrested for plotting a terror attack in Delhi. The suspects, who are members of the banned organisation Jaish-e-Mohammed, were arrested during a joint operation carried out by Delhi Police Special Cell and Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS). Officials said that in addition to links with Jaish-e-Mohammed, the accused also had links with ISIS and were planning to carry out a terror attack in the national capital.
The arrested individuals, identified as Mossab Ahdam alias Kalam Kalyan and Mohammad Hamad Kallara, were arrested from their residence in Mumbai. Officials said that the two have been taken to Delhi, and a detailed investigation has been launched into the incident.
