NEW DELHI: President Draupadi Murmu will visit Sabarimala on October 22. The President will visit Sabarimala on the last day of the Thulamasa Puja. The President, who will reach Nedumbassery in the afternoon on October 22, will then reach Nilakkal and stay there and reach Sabarimala in the evening. She will leave that night after the darshan and reach Thiruvananthapuram. The President will be in Kerala from October 22 to 24.
The Sabarimala Nada will open for the Thulam month pujas on October 16. Minister VN Vasavan had announced at the Global Ayyappa Sangamam that the President would visit Sabarimala. Security arrangements have already been made for the President's visit. The President was scheduled to visit Sabarimala in May, but the visit was postponed due to the India-Pakistan conflict.
