MUMBAI: An Air India flight en route to Thiruvananthapuram from Mumbai was forced to return mid-air due to a technical glitch. The aircraft, which had flown for nearly an hour, was carrying over 50 passengers, including Kerala Minister A.K. Saseendran.
Air India officials stated that the decision to turn back was taken as a precautionary measure following the detection of a technical issue. All passengers are reported to be safe, and the airline has assured that alternative arrangements will be made for their onward journey.
