Brawl between teenagers: 17-year-old boy beaten to death at children’s home in Thrissur

THRISSUR: A 17-year-old boy was beaten to death at a children’s home in Thrissur. The dead is Ankit of Irinjalakuda. The boy, who was sleeping, was murdered by the 15-year-old boy using a hammer. The incident happened Thursday morning at 6.30 am. Reports said there were disputes between the boys and this led to the murder.

Nearly 25 children are accommodated in the children’s home. Viyyur Police reached the spot and shifted the body to the hospital.
