Husband attacks woman teacher in school premises in Kottayam

KOTTAYAM: A woman teacher of Poovathumoodu School was attacked by her husband. The man identified as Kochumon attacked his wife Doni in the school premises. He inflicted sharp injuries on her neck with a knife.

Family issues are cited to be the reason for the attack. The teacher injured has been admitted in a private hospital. He fled from the area after attacking her. The police have registered a case and has started an investigation.
