LPG price hike: Rate of 19 kg gas cylinder hiked by Rs 61.50

KOCHI: The price of cooking gas cylinder for commercial use has been hiked again. The cylinder of 19 kilograms has been hiked by Rs 61.50. With this, the price of the cylinder will be Rs 1810.50 paise in Kochi. The price has come into effect.

The price of cooking gas cylinder for commercial use has been hiked by Rs 157.50 paise in four months. Meantime, there is no change in the price of cylinder for domestic purposes. Oil companies revise the prices of cooking gas cylinders on the first day of every month.

The price of 19 kg LPG cylinders for commercial use was increased by Rs 48 50 paise last month. There was no change in the price of cooking gas cylinders for domestic use even then.
