Migrant worker murdered in Balussery; seven people in police custody

KOZHIKODE: A migrant worker was stabbed to death in Balussery, Kozhikode. The murder took place on Sunday night at a rented house in Ekarool, where migrant workers were living. The deceased has been identified as Parameshwar (25), a native of Jharkhand.

Seven people, who were staying with the youth, have been taken into police custody. Parameshwar's death was caused by a stab wound to his chest. His body has been shifted to the hospital. Police have launched an investigation into the incident.
