THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Union Home Minister Amit Shah will arrive in Thiruvananthapuram on the 11th to inaugurate the BJP's assembly election campaign, said state president Rajeev Chandrasekhar . "The BJP is making development and risk politics in Kerala its main campaign themes. The NDA will contest all 140 seats. The shortlist of candidates will be submitted to the central leadership this month," he said at a press conference.
"The BJP's goal is a developed Kerala. It will put forward plans for that. Along with that, the dangerous politics that are active in Kerala will also be discussed. Whether it is UDF or LDF, they are joining hands with Jamaat-e-Islami and the League to defeat BJP. With the results of the local body elections, it is certain that the LDF will not win the assembly elections. The people will have to choose between the NDA on one side and the Congress, which is in alliance with Jamaat-e-Islami and the League, on the other."
"The League, Congress and CPM are in alliance with Jamaat-e-Islami, which does not recognize the Constitution. Jamaat-e-Islami, which demands an Islamic state, is not an NGO. Everyone knows what they did in Bangladesh. When someone speaks the truth, do not label them as communal. There is nothing wrong in Vellappally Natesan saying that the children of their community need better education. Former DGP Sreelekha is a senior leader in the BJP. She has not made any complaint to the party," Rajeev Chandrasekhar clarified.
