Body of 17-year-old boy who went missing while sleeping found in river

KOZHIKODE: The body of a 17-year-old boy who went missing while sleeping at home was found in a river. The deceased has been identified as Adish Krishna, a native of Chaniyam Kadavu, Thiruvallur, Vadakara. The body was recovered from the Chaniyam Kadavu river. The inquest proceedings have been completed and the body has been shifted to Kozhikode Medical College for postmortem.

Adish was a Plus Two student at Memunda Higher Secondary School. His parents had filed a missing complaint with the Vadakara police on the 28th after he went missing. Relatives said he might have left home after everyone went to sleep that night. His mobile phone was found switched off.
