KOCHI: The Kerala High Court has stayed the further proceedings of the vigilance court in the disproportionate assets case against ADGP M R Ajith Kumar. The order was passed by a bench of Justice A Badharudeen. The proceedings were stayed for the time being, saying that detailed arguments in the case will be heard after the Onam vacation.
The high court had raised some doubts in the vigilance court's verdict the other day. Pointing that these doubts persist, it was adjourned for clarification. Ajith Kumar approached the high court against the verdict of the special court that rejected the vigilance report giving him a clean chit.
