Car loses control and rams into wall; four-year-old boy dies

PATHANAMTHITTA: A four-year-old boy, who was severely injured in a car accident, died while undergoing treatment. The deceased is Resin Mathew, the son of Thiruvalla Kadapra native Rony Mathew and Ribi Anna. He was an LKG student of the Kadapra Stella Maris English Medium School. The accident occurred at around 3 am yesterday. The car driven by the boy's father lost control and rammed into a wall.

The accident occurred while the family was returning home by car from Kochi after a trip to Thailand. The injuries of other family members are not serious. The body has been shifted to the mortuary of the private hospital in Parumala. Resin has two siblings: Rohan and Rayaan.
