Congressmen even wake up on directions from PR agencies; that is the reason for  Chennithala’s mistake  

KANNUR: Education Minister V Sivankutty said what Congress leaders have to do from the moment they wake up in the morning is decided by PR agencies appointed by spending crores. He also said that the Congress is speechless as the study conducted by the agencies found that there is no anti-incumbency sentiment against the government.

'Chennithala, who had criticized the earlier distribution of textbooks as a 'Tughlaq reform', later had to withdraw it because he listened to the advice of PR agencies. Leaders like Chennithala make mistakes because they depend on PR agencies', the minister said sarcastically.

'In VD Satheesan's constituency and Nemom, the Congress and the BJP are trying to shift votes.
