'Evacuate judges, three suicide bombers in court complex'; Bomb threat to Kasaragod court

KASARAGOD: Kasaragod District Court came under a bomb threat following an anonymous email on Thursday. A message was received via e-mail at 3:22 am today saying that a bomb was planted in the court complex.

“There are three suicide bombers containing RDX in your court complex. Evacuate the judges before the explosion at 1.15 pm”, the e-mail said. People were evacuated from the court in Vidyanagar as panic spread. Police, along with bomb and dog squads, are conducting searches. Court staff have also been subjected to body searches.
