Four-member gang abduct youth from Kozhikode, found in secret location

KOZHIKODE: A driver, who was abducted by a four-member gang, has been found. The youth was found in a secret location in Kakkadampoyil. Eight people have been taken into custody by the Nadakkave police in connection with the incident. Police said they will be questioned in detail. Rahees of Padinjarathara, was kidnapped from Jawahar Nagar Colony by a gang in an Innova car Friday morning. The police reached the spot after being informed by the residents of the colony.

Rahees had come to the colony to meet his friend. He had financial dealings with his friends. The police believe that the abduction may have been due to disputes related to this. The youth was found in an investigation conducted focusing on CCTV footage and vehicle registration.
