THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has recorded a notable surge in operational revenue, achieving the third-highest single-day income in its history. On November 24, the corporation registered earnings of Rs 9.29 crore. This follows previous milestones of Rs 10.19 crore on September 8 and Rs 9.41 crore on October 6. Chairman and Managing Director Dr P S Pramoj Shankar said that anything considered impossible can be achieved through collective effort.

KSRTC is progressing by deploying maximum staff, reducing off-road buses, planning schedules more efficiently, updating systems with online reservation and passenger information, and introducing modern and attractive buses. With such coordinated and efficient work, KSRTC hopes to become a self-sufficient organisation soon. Dr Pramoj Shankar also congratulated all dedicated employees, supervisors, and officers who have contributed to this achievement.
