Gold prices rise again in the state; silver prices also up

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Gold prices in the state recorded an increase today. The price of 22-carat gold went up by Rs 65 per gram. The price of one sovereign of 22-carat gold increased by Rs 520. The market price of gold today is Rs 14,885 per gram. The price of one sovereign of gold has reached Rs 1,19,080. Yesterday, the price of one sovereign was Rs 1,18,560.

In the previous days, the price of one sovereign had reached Rs 1,20,000. The price dropped yesterday but recorded an increase again today. The lowest gold price this month was recorded on March 6, when one sovereign was priced at Rs 1,18,160.

March 1 – Rs 1,26,920

March 2 – Rs 1,24,520 (morning), Rs 1,25,040 (evening)

March 3 – Rs 1,24,680 (morning), Rs 1,22,920 (evening)

March 4 – Rs 1,20,640

March 5 – Rs 1,19,920 (morning), Rs 1,19,440 (evening)

March 6 – Rs 1,18,880 (morning), Rs 1,18,160 (evening)

March 7 – Rs 1,20,000

March 8 – Rs 1,20,000

March 9 – Rs 1,18,560

March 10 – Rs 1,19,080

Silver price
Silver prices have also increased in the state. The price of silver today is Rs 300 per gram. The price of 10 grams of silver is Rs 3,000.
