Government's fourth 100 day program from July 15th; details of progress to be made available on website

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Cabinet meeting held yesterday has decided to start the fourth phase of the 100 Day Action Plan launched by the State Government on July 15 and end on October 22. Details of the progress of the projects undertaken will be made available on the website once the program is completed.

After coming to power, the government has formulated and implemented three 100-day programs. The first 100-day program was implemented from June 11 to September 19, 2021, the second from February 10 to May 20, 2022 and the third from February 10 to May 20, 2023.

In the third 100-day programme, out of 1295 projects targeted, 1157 were completed in 100 days. The cabinet meeting assessed that all the three programs have been able to create significant movements in the social, infrastructure and employment sectors.

For construction of ECHS polyclinic for treatment of ex-servicemen, 23 cent land in Alappuzha Vettiyar village will be given to the Union Ministry of Defense at a rate of Rs.100 per 2.47 cent land per year. For this purpose, the order of 2021 which allotted this land on lease for 30 years at the rate of 3 percent of the market price will be amended.

The Cabinet also decided to appoint Kerala Bank Chief General Manager C Abdul Mujeeb as Managing Director in the State Minority Development Finance Corporation and P Narayanan, Special Government Pleader of the High Court, as Additional Public Prosecutor for three years.
