'I may forgive, but he will not'; Aleena's audio threat referring to gangster Aurangzeb surfaces

KOCHI: A threatening message sent by Aleena, the second accused in the Kochi sex racket case, reads as follows. “This is a betrayal from the inside. No matter what you do, he is coming for you. I may forgive, but he will show you what pain is. Think about it..." The message reads.

The threat is likely due to resentment over the complainant approaching the police. The victim received the message when she went to give a confidential statement before the magistrate the other day. The woman handed over the audio message to the police. The police have concluded that the message refers to Aleena's boyfriend, notorious gangster Aurangzeb.

Meanwhile, Aurangzeb has come forward denying the complaint that he assisted in taking young women abroad and subjected them to brutal torture. The response is through his Instagram account. He alleges that the complainant was abroad for more than three months and alleged everything as a deft move to malign him. Aurangzeb asked why the police are hesitant to question the celebrities who participated in the program, but continue to target one person. The post also criticises media portals.
