KOLLAM: The bodies of two missing Plus One students, Devananda, a native of Pooyapally Mylode, and Shebin Shah, a native of Ambalamkunnu, have been found in a lake, intensifying the mystery surrounding their disappearance. Devananda, a student at Odanavattam School, was the first to go missing after leaving for school and failing to return home. Her family, after a desperate search, lodged a police complaint. Shortly after, Shebin Shah, a student at Kottarakkara Boys School, also went missing, raising further suspicions.

Despite extensive efforts to locate the students, both were found dead, prompting the Pooyapally police to register a case and initiate an investigation. Initial reports suggest that the students may have committed suicide together, though further inquiries are ongoing to uncover the full details behind the tragic incident.
