Kollam native, injured by tree branch fall in SAT hospital, dies

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A Kollam native succumbed to injuries after a tree branch fell on him at the SAT Hospital premises in Thiruvananthapuram. Sunil (44), a native of Nedungolam in Paravur, died in the incident. The incident happened almost a month ago when Sunil reached the SAT hospital for his daughter’s treatment. While he was waiting outside, a tree branch broke and fell on his head amidst heavy rain.

Sunil, who was seriously injured, was immediately admitted to the emergency department of the Medical College. He died this morning while undergoing treatment.
