His post
Dear friends,
We wish to eliminate the concept of 'backbenchers' from our school classrooms. This concept will negatively affect a student's confidence and learning. No child should be left behind in studies or life. Our goal is to ensure equal opportunities for all children. We are thinking on how to implement this. Many countries are following different models to eliminate the concept of backbenchers. It has been decided to appoint a committee of experts to find the best model suitable for our education system. Let us move forward after considering the suggestions of this committee. We seek all your support for the better future of our children.
