One charred to death as house catches fire in Idukki; body unidentified

IDUKKI: An unidentified man was charred to death after the house caught fire. The incident happened at Vellathooval in Idukki. The house of Vikraman caught fire last night. The dead has not been identified.

The body was found after the fire force reached and doused the flames. Vellathooval police have registered a case of unnatural death in the incident. Police said the body has been completely burnt. Police said the identity of the dead will be known only after a forensic examination.
