Private buses collide at Atholi: 37 injured, four critical

KOZHIKODE: In a major accident at Atholi, two private buses collided, leaving many passengers injured. The injured were immediately rushed to a private hospital in Kozhikode, where 37 people are currently receiving treatment. Among them, four are in critical condition.

The accident involved a bus travelling from Kuttyadi to Kozhikode and another bus en route to Atholi from Kozhikode. Initial reports suggest that excessive speed may have been the primary cause of the collision.
