Shatru Samhara at Madayi Kavu temple; ADGP Ajith Kumar on divine path amid controversies

KANNUR: The controversy involving him is busy reshaping the political structure of Kerala while ADGP M R Ajith Kumar took time to visit famous temples in Kannur, offering Shatru Samhara rituals (destruction of enemies). On Sunday morning, ADGP first reached Madayi Kavu in Pazhayangadi. Soon he visited Taliparamba Rajarajeswara Temple and Sree Vaidyanatha Temple in Kanhirangad.

ADGP reached Madayi Kavu at five in the morning. Shatru Samhara is the main ritual in the temple. Soon, he reached Taliparamba Rajarajeswara temple and offered 'Neyvilakku' (lamp lit with ghee) and Pushpanjali Pooja (offering flowers).

At Sree Vaidyanatha Temple, he offered the Jaladhara ritual. The visit was unannounced and covert with just one officer for security. After visiting the temple, Ajith Kumar reached Kannur AR camp and returned to Thiruvananthapuram in the evening.

The Chief Minister will take final decision against ADGP in the next cabinet meeting.
