Shine Tom Chacko's father dies in car accident; actor sustain injuries 

BENGALURU: Chacko, father of actor Shine Tom Chacko, died in a car accident. Shine, his mother, brother and driver sustained injuries in the accident. Shine suffered injuries on his hand.

The accident happened at Dharmapuri Kompanahalli in Tamil Nadu early Friday morning. The car collided with a lorry. The actor and his family left Kochi for Bengaluru last night.

It is reported that the family went to Bengaluru in connection with Shine's treatment. There were five in the car. The driver and Shine's brother were in the front seat. His father and mother were in the middle seat and Shine in the back seat.

Chacko died before reaching the hospital. The car has been completely damaged in the accident.
