Siddharth's death: Some teachers attempting to sabotage report, says SFI

KALPETTA: SFI Wayanad district committee alleged that some teachers of the Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University are trying to sabotage the CBI investigation report related to the death of Siddharth, a student of the Pookode Veterinary College. According to the SFI district committee, some teachers in the pro-UDF teachers' union are threatening students to record statements against the SFI.

"The students have revealed that the teachers deliberately tried to implicate the SFI in the interrogations, including the one carried out by the Anti-Ragging Committee. The teachers pressured the students to give false statements against the SFI. There was also an attempt by the teachers to contact the investigating officers illegally." the district committee said.
