Student electrocuted while charging phone

KOZHIKODE: A plus two student was electrocuted while charging his mobile phone. He has been identified as Abhishek Nair of Payyanakkal Kuttikattuthodi Nilamparam. He got a shock from the plug.

Abhishek was electrocuted when tried to unplug it as the phone was not charging properly. Though he was rushed to the hospital, his life could not be saved. His father is a native of Jharkhand. Abhishek was studying there.

Abhishek reached his mother's house in Payyanakkal a month ago. He leaves behind his brother Shashank Nair. He will be cremated at the Manari Crematorium.
