Three districts to experience high temperatures today and tomorrow

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The temperature will rise to 38 degrees Celsius in Kollam, Alappuzha and Kottayam districts today and tomorrow. The temperature will rise to 37 degrees in Thiruvananthapuram, Pathanamthitta, Ernakulam, Kannur and Kasaragod districts and 36 degrees in Thrissur, Palakkad, Malappuram and Kozhikode districts. A yellow alert has been announced in these districts. Kollam, Alappuzha and Kottayam districts are more prone to sunstroke. People are advised to avoid direct sunlight from 11 am to 3 pm.
