'Will beat you up if you say anything against actors'; Bhagyalakshmi receives threat

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Prominent dubbing artist Bhagyalakshmi has received a threatening phone call asking her not to stand with the WCC. Speaking to the media, Bhagyalakshmi said that the caller threatened to beat her up if she stood with the WCC. She said that she would soon lodge a complaint with the police in this regard.

"The caller first began the conversation softly by asking if Bhagyalakshmi was at the other end of the call. He then went on to say that he would brutally beat me up if I said anything against the actors. He threatened to attack me by barging into my house. I've given him an apt reply. I never expected this. This is the first time someone is threatening me through the phone. This is my first experience," Bhagyalakshmi said.

Bhagyalakshmi said that she received the call from the number 8645319626. She also said that she would take legal action against the caller.
