Youth climbs tree to install cutout, electrocuted

KOTTAYAM: A youth was electrocuted when he climbed a tree to install a world cup football cutout. The dead has been identified as Ameen Muhammed of Illikkal in Kottayam. He died Sunday early morning while undergoing treatment at Kottayam Medical College.

The accident happened two weeks ago. Three including Ameeen came into contact with an electric wire. Though the other two recovered, life of Ameen could not be saved.
