THRISSUR: Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan condemned Israel's attack on Iran. The chief minister opined that Israel is a rogue nation that is moving forward with the stand of not following the etiquette that normally exists in the world, and that their attack on Iran will adversely affect world peace.
The chief minister said, ‘'Israel has long been a rogue nation. Their stand is not to follow any etiquette that exists in the normal world. Israel has always adopted an arrogant approach of doing anything as they have the support of America.
We have been hearing extremely explosive information since morning. The attack by Israel on Iran cannot be justified in any way. This act has created an extremely bad atmosphere for world peace. All peace-loving people will oppose and condemn this attack.'
Israel launched an attack on Tehran, the capital of Iran, early Friday morning. Israel had stated that the attack targeted Iran's nuclear facilities and military facilities. The attack was carried out using missiles and drones. The Israeli military has stated in a video released that fighter jets were also used in the attack.
