'Padmakumar is not alone, he will raise his tongue if party takes action against him, will reveal name of god-like leader'

PALAKKAD: Rahul Mamkootathil MLA has alleged that former Devaswom Board president Padmakumar, who was arrested in the Sabarimala gold theft case, is not the only person involved. In a Facebook post, Rahul wrote that Padmakumar will raise his tongue if the CPM takes action against him, and that if he starts speaking, he will reveal the name of the “god-like leader” within the party who is allegedly linked to the gold theft.

'People in Pathanamthitta know very well who Padmakumar’s ‘god’ is and who the ‘demigods’ around him are. The CPM will act against Padmakumar only if the SIT gets the name of the Devaswom Minister or a former minister from him. People will not forgive those who stole Ayyappa’s gold,' Rahul wrote.

No… and the reason is that Padmakumar did not steal Ayyappa’s gold alone. If they take action against him, he will raise his tongue. Once that happens, he will reveal the name of the god-like leader in the party. People of Pathanamthitta know very well who Padmakumar’s ‘god’ is and who the ‘demigods’ are. CPM will act against Padmakumar only if the SIT gets the name of the Devaswom Minister or former minister from him.

Now, Pinarayi Vijayan's supporters are trying hard to give credit to the Chief Minister for Padmakumar’s arrest. But SIT is not under the control of Shri Vijayan- it functions under the High Court. So even if the SIT wanted to, they could not avoid arresting Padmakumar. If that were possible, the same SIT that helped Kadakampally and Vasavan would have helped Padmakumar as well. People will not forgive those who stole Ayyappa’s gold.
