THRISSUR: Popular Malayali DJ DJ Sanaah is facing a severe cyber attack on social media following a music event at HiLITE Mall in Thrissur. The controversy began after videos of her performance went viral online. A section of social media users has criticised Sanaah’s outfit during the event, with several posts containing body-shaming remarks and sexually abusive comments targeting the DJ.

At the same time, many people have come out in support of Sanaah. Supporters argue that clothing is a matter of personal choice and freedom, and point out that she was simply doing her job as a performer.
