Video of elephant pulling stuck SUV from riverbed goes viral

A video of an elephant pulling a white Toyota Fortuner SUV out of a riverbed, has gone viral. The elephant Thiruvegappura Sankaranarayanan, guided by its mahout, is seen pulling the SUV out from the river. The video of the elephant successfully dragging the SUV within minutes has gone viral on social media.

The elephant is seen holding the rope tied on the front axle of the vehicle. As per the directions of its mahout, the elephant is seen pulling the vehicle strongly. Within minutes the elephant pulled the SUV out from the riverbed. The elephant's action has amazed the audience.

This is not the first time elephants have gone viral. Many people have come forward praising the act of Sankaranarayanan. Recently, another video of elephants breaking an electric fence had emerged, and with each new incident, they are proving once again that they are not only strong, but also incredibly smart.

Elephants have played an important role not only in festivals and functions, but also in carrying logs of trees felled. However, although the use of elephants for industrial purposes has decreased due to ethical considerations, elephants are still used in difficult terrains for tasks such as rescue operations and disaster relief under expert supervision.
