Jio services disrupted across country; widespread complaints from customers; Jio Down trolls filling social media

MUMBAI: The services of Jio, the country's leading internet provider, have been widely disrupted. Many people are not getting Jio connection in Kerala too. Customers in cities across the country have reported service disruptions, according to the Down Detector map. Many people have shared posts on social media X showing that they are unable to use services like WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube and Google.

It has been informed that 58 percent of customers using Jio Fiber connection are not getting service. The problem in Jio services started getting reported after 1 pm. The issue has not been resolved for more than four and a half hours. Many people are not getting Jio connection in Kerala too. Thousands of people have come forward with complaints.

Major disruptions were reported in Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana, Delhi NCR, Odisha, Haryana, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. Those who are engaged in work including work from home are really affected. Jio has not yet responded to the incident.

On the other hand, social media users started trolling Reliance Jio by sharing memes and comments. The most used hashtags with Jio Down are WhatsApp Down, Instagram Down, Telegram Down and Snapchat Down.
