Horrific collision between buses in Salem caught on camera, about thirty injured, two in critical condition

CHENNAI: The footage of a head on collision involving two buses was captured on a camera installed inside a bus. The horrific video has surfaced on the internet. Thirty passengers are reportedly injured in the accident, of which three are in critical condition. The accident took place last evening as a private bus coming from Edappadi collided with a bus coming from Tiruchengode.

From the visuals, it can be seen that the driver suddenly brakes when he sees a bus coming from the opposite direction. Following the collision, the passengers and the driver fell forward. The injured have been admitted to Salem and Edappadi hospitals.
