14-year-old girl traps Abdul Rafeeq when his consultation crosses limit

HARIPAD: An optometrist has been arrested in a POCSO case after he misbehaved with a 14-year-old girl while checking her eye. The police arrested Abdul Rafeeq (48) of Nooranad Aadikattukulangara. The girl informed about his behavior to the hospital authorities and the doctor then informed the police. He was arrested from Nooranad. Though he is an optometrist of Muthukulam social health center, he visits Thrikunnapuzha social health center twice a week.
