NEW DELHI: A video of a girl wearing a bra and miniskirt traveling on a metro train had gone viral the other day. The girl, who took social media by storm, has been identified as Punjab native Rhythm Chanana, a 19-year-old.

Several persons had criticized the girl after the video went viral. Now, Rhythm Chanana has responded to criticisms directed against her. "It is my freedom in what I want to wear. I have been traveling like this for many months now. This is the first time that I am facing such a controversy," she said.

Rhythm Chanana also said that several people, including her family members and neighbours, are not happy with her dressing style.

After the video went viral, Delhi Metro issued a statement asking passengers to follow all social etiquette and not to dress in a way that causes difficulties to others. The girl came up with the explanation soon after this.
