'For too long, I've endured false news aimed at tarnishing my family's reputation'; Amritha Suresh lodges complaint against Daya Ashwathy and YouTube channel

Singer Amritha Suresh has lodged a complaint with the police against social media fame Daya Ashwathy and a YouTube channel for defamatory campaigns against her. It was Amritha herself who informed this through her Facebook page.

In her complaint, Amritha alleged that the YouTube channel named 'Mystery Malayali' has been reporting misleading news about her. She also stated that the channel used pictures of her and other celebrities to get more reach.

Amritha also alleged that Daya Ashwathy had been defaming her for the past two years through social media. 'For too long, I've endured the repercussions of false news, character attacks, and hurtful stories, all aimed at tarnishing my family's reputation. My silence ends now. I want to send a clear message to those who think they can spread baseless information without consequences,' Amritha wrote on her Facebook page.
