Uddhav Thackeray said that BJP should tie Rakhi on the hands of Manipur women, women wrestlers and Bilkis Bano. They should feel safe in this country, he added.
"Today is Raksha Bandhan Day. BJP should tie rakhi on Bilkis Bano, women of Manipur and women wrestlers. They should feel safe in this country. That's why we are coming together," he told the media.
