One sustains serious injuries in fight between migrants over liquor

MUVATTUPUZHA: One sustained serious injury in a fight between migrant workers. Sreemand Mandal (28) of West Bengal, who sustained serious injuries has been admitted to a hospital in Kottayam. The police have taken Raj Kumar (28) of West Bengal into custody.

The fight was in front of a private firm on the New Bazar Road in the city on Sunday afternoon. A dispute over the less quantity of liquor purchased ended in a fight. After being informed by the locals, the police reached the spot and took the two first to the general hospital.
